Bell’s primary business is claim recovery through automobile subrogation. We provide service to some of the largest automobile insurance carriers around the world. Our narrow focus allows us to be experts in our field. We narrow that focus even further with dedicated teams within our organization for recovery from individuals, businesses, and carriers.
An important part of being experts in our field is that it allows us to proactively stay informed of federal and state regulations as well as changes in the insurance claim and subrogation claim sectors. This continual monitoring of the industry can positively impact our ability to perform at a high level in order to maximize our clients’ recoveries. We also understand that speed is important to potentially return client policyholder deductibles.
Our file management process is specifically designed to meet the needs of automobile subrogation. Our people are well versed in the nuances of auto insurance policies, the claims process, and how to communicate with claimants while being assertive and professional. We enjoy the challenge of recovering claims paid out by our clients from the responsible party and returning it to our clients with a quick, timely and accurate delivery.
Bell is small enough to adjust to our clients’ diverse needs, yet large enough to employ all the latest technologies to recover an industry leading subrogation recovery ratio. We understand the importance of protecting our clients’ reputations as well as policyholder information. We will treat all parties in the recovery process with the kind of respect that would encourage them to perhaps someday become a client policyholder.
We offer flexible file transfer, using paper or digital files. We utilize a workflow process adaptive to our clients’ requirements and online access to file status building trust and transparency with our clients.
In regard to privacy and confidentiality: we do not sell customer information and we do not allow those who are doing business on our behalf to use our customer information for their own marketing purposes. Additionally, we contractually require any person or organization providing products or services on our behalf to protect client information. Our employees have a duty to safeguard all confidential information of the Company and third parties with which the Company conducts business, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect nonpublic personal and client information and to comply with federal and state laws. In addition, we regularly review our policies and practices, monitor our computer networks, and test the strength of our security.
We restrict access to client and responsible party information to predetermined employees. We train our employees to safeguard customer information at all times and in every phase of the data transfer and recovery process: some of our best practices include: redaction of critical information, encryption of data transfer, malware protection, website monitoring, anti-virus protection, advanced firewall protection, continuous network monitoring, and tiered level access.
With the entire Bell team under one roof we can effectively monitor and coordinate all of our clients service needs, including efficient recovery, tailored reporting, and extraordinary communication.
Client retention is our first and most important objective.
Our team has been delivering recovery results successfully for over forty years. Every associate has clear expectations with respect to our clients’ financial results, service levels, work rules and the speed at which they need to be accomplished. Every month our team’s performance is evaluated against these objectives. Our goal is to simply create a cadre of experts around each automobile subrogation process.
At Bell, we employ a vertically integrated Spanish speaking team in order to provide an empathetic voice that shows ‘we speak your language’, not only to understand our clients’ needs, but to also offer a solutions approach in the recovery process.
We have a continuing commitment to leverage new technologies to improve our performance.
